Halloween fancy dress!

I went out on Thursday night to celebrate Halloween. A week early I know! Most people have Midterm next week where I go to college. Not me though. No rest for the wicked eh! I dressed up as a nurse. I thought it was a good idea seeing as I'm studying nursing in college. Some people asked what I was dressed up as! Not kind of obvious no? haha! Okay so I know this is not how a nurse normally dresses but I thought the cross logo gave it away.

Kelkin spot zapper

I picked up this 'spot zapper' by Kelkin the other day. It contains Tea tree oil, witch hazel and lavender, which are great for spots. I had a few spots so I dabbed this on the other night before bed. When I woke up, they had almost disappeared. It has been doing wonders for my spots since. I love how it contains all natural ingredients. It dries really quickly so i've been applying it every morning before my make up. I highly recommend this product. It only cost over 5 euro, which is not bad. Have you tried this product? What did you think of it?

This outfit was just for going to town. I bought this dress in New look a few years ago. As I can't afford to keep buying new clothes, I've been trying to re wear some of my old pieces. I teamed it up with plain black tights and these brogue type shoes from penneys. I love wearing casual dresses like these. I hope you liked this outfit! Chat soon...Rachel x

Sally Hansen airbrush legs

I always use the Sally Hansen spray on tan but I find it goes really quickly. I always seem to be re-purchasing it. Recently, someone told me that the lotion lasts longer and still looks more or less the same so I decided to try it out. 

I bought the light shade as I don't like to look too brown. I just like a nice glow. 

Here is a pic of me wearing the tan before I went out. I really liked the look of it on my skin and felt that it really suited my skin tone. I didn't look too brown.

Have you tried this tan? What did you think of it?

OOTN!

This is what I wore out on Saturday night! The dress is from penneys. I had to go to both an 18th and 21st. Everything the one night eh! The products I used on my face were: Simple moisturiser, Bare minerals foundation and primer, naked 2 palette, catrice camouflage cream concealer, L'oreal blusher, no.7 mascara for sensitive eyes and No. 7 lipstick.

Sorry I haven't been posting much recently! As I said in a previous post, I have been really busy with college. I have really long college hours. Here's a bit of an insight into what's been going on in my life lately.                      

 I've been going out quite a good bit lately. Freshers week is just over so it would have been a shame not to enjoy it! I also went to visit my friends on Thursday night, who are living over 2 hours away from me and also in college. It was good to see them again and enjoy a night out together. October is a new month and I'm going to try and post more. Even though I haven't got off to a great start haha! I love Autumn..this pic somes it up! 

I thought I may as well throw in these bits that I bought in penneys yesterday.

I love these necklaces and this one was a steal for only 5 euro. I really want to wear it with a black crop top that I have and a skater skirt. I also bought these earrings for 3 euro that'll be perfect for going out. I'll try have lots of posts coming up! Chat soon...Rachel x
