Mini Penneys haul!

I went into penneys the other day to pick up a few bits.

I got coral colour brogue type shoes for only 11 euro. I think these will be perfect for wearing with shorts and tights to college.

I adore this checked shirt that I picked up for 13 euro.
Mini make up bag for only 4 euro. Perfect for when your going somewhere and don't need all your make up!

I needed a bigger bag for nights out..I'm the type of person who likes to bring so much stuff with me on a night out! I always like to bring a bag that goes around me so that I don't lose anything. This cost 9 euro.

Boohoo tartan boyfriend cardigan!

I've already mentioned in a previous post that I've been loving the tartan trend lately! You can check out that post here - http://rachelsblog295.blogspot.ie/2013/09/im-loving-tartan-trend-lately-i-bought.html

I came across this 'boyfriend cardigan' on Boohoo a while ago and I had to buy it. The price wasn't too bad at 24 euro. I think it's perfect for wearing to college.

I came home on Friday evening to my Boohoo package. Not too bad after a long week in college!

I wore it yesterday to Meet Dan Ewing! <3
I can tell that I'll get loads of wear out of it! <3

You can check it out on Boohoo here - http://www.boohoo.com/rebels/sadie-tartan-boyfriend-cardigan/invt/azz46705
Yesterday I met Dan Ewing, who plays Heath Braxton in the popular Austrailian soap Home and Away. It was so good to meet him and he's even more gorgeous in real life. Here's my pic with him!
I'll definitely be getting this photo framed!
I have a post coming up including this cardigan soon which is from boohoo. My jumper and shorts are both from new look and my necklace is from penneys. Sorry I haven't been posting much lately. I've been so busy with college! I'll have lots of posts coming up though! Chat soon...Rachel x

Haul

I'm loving the tartan trend lately! I bought this skirt in a local clothes shop called DV8. I'm going to get so much wear out of it. It'll be perfect for wearing to college with tights, boots and a jumper. It cost 16.95 which is not too bad!

I also picked up these boots in Heatons which will also be perfect for college! I can match them with so many outfits! They cost 22.50.

I picked up this really cool necklace in DV8 also. I thought it would be perfect to wear with jumpers and tops for college! As you can see from this post a lot of these items were bought to wear to college. I really want to try and dress nice through college...not be lazy and throw on anything.

It cost 12.99 which isn't too cheap...but I'll get loads of wear out of it. I've justified all these purchases by saying well I can wear it to college and I'll definitely get loads of wear out of it haha! Any excuse to justify my shopping! But these are all trends lately and they are the kind of things I like to wear to college! Hope you enjoyed this post..I hope to incorporate these items in future OOTD posts! Chat soon...Rachel x

Simple face products!

As someone with acne, I have to be careful about what products I use on my face. I have a previous post where I said I use Dermalogica's clean start range for my skin. Those products are expensive though and with me nearly running out of them again I decided to start using Simple products. My face was also becoming extremely dry with the salicylic acid in the clean start products. I know that's helpful in fighting my acne but as a sufferer of both acne and dry skin, my make up just wasn't looking nice on my face! I love simple products though as they're for sensitive skin and use pure ingredients. They're also cheap enough too! I picked up both the cleanser and moisturiser the other day for 6 euro.

Simple kind to skin replenishing rich moisturiser

On the back it says that it's full of multi-vitamins and skin-loving ingredients to keep your skin replenished and moisturised, and carries on working for 12 hours. I love the feeling of it on my skin, it feels so soft. It improves the appearance of my dry skin instantly.

Simple cleanser

I am loving this cleanser. It's really easy to wash off and it removes all my make up instantly. It's full of vitamins that are amazing for your skin...you can see the info they give on the back of the cleanser in one of the pictures below.

Simple facial wash

I like to use this a few times a week, especially when I have breakouts. It gives your skin a good clean and removes all the dirt.

I'm loving simple products lately as they don't feel harsh on my skin. Have you tried any simple products and if so what are your faves?
