Barry M gelly high shine nail polish!

When I heard that Boots.ie was now delivering to the Republic of Ireland I knew I had to take advantage of it. I've heard so much about these nail polishes so I was really looking forward to buying them. I choose these two colours. Number 319 called Satsuma and number 318 and called blueberry. I adored the colour blueberry and it looked amazing on my nails. It's definitely one I'm going to be wearing a lot! I have to say they were the best nail polishes that I've tried in a long time. The colour appeared so shiny on the nails and it really did give it a gel like finish. The nail polish is very long lasting which is a added bonus. I was overall delighted with this nail polish and I can't wait to purchase so more colours! I highly recommend these!

I was very happy with the service from boots.ie and will definitely be buying from them again. You can also here- http://www.boots.ie/en/Barry-M-Hi-Shine-Gel-Effect-Nail-Polish_1281299/
For 5.99 I was very happy with them! <3

Face of the day!

I've decided to do a post showing my make up that I wear on a normal day. This look was just for going to town. It's very natural looking which I love!

The following is a picture of the items I used:
This pic shows the things I normally use on a daily basis!
Dermalogica Clean start moisturiser(I'm going to have a post soon talking about the clean start products which are my fave!)
Bare minerals foundation(I already have a post on this which you can check out if you like)
No7 mascara for sensitive eyes
UD Naked basics palette
Mac creme cup-perfect for daily wear

This picture shows me wearing the colour 'faint' from the UD naked daily basics palette which i mentioned in a previous post!

Finished look-very natural! In case your wondering I bought this hairband in New look. Love wearing hairbands with my hair tied up like this lately!

Another picture showing the colour 'faint' on my eyes! I can tell that I'm going to be using this colour a lot!

Urban decay naked basics!

As a huge fan of the Naked 2 palette I decided to purchase the Naked basics palette. Comes with 6 colours that are perfect for everyday use! The colours are perfect neutrals. It contains the colour foxy which is also present in the naked 2 palette. I love to use this colour as a base to my eyeshadow so I'm not complaining that it's also in this palette. I've only been using it for a couple of days and I'm already loving it. My favourite colour is definitely 'faint'. I have a post coming up soon which shows me wearing this colour. It's a warm dusty brown colour which I am a major fan of already!

I love how it's so small, perfect to carry around in your handbag!

This pic shows my fave colour 'faint'

Two of the lightest colours in the palette, which are great for bases to other eyeshadows.

It's 26 euro in Ireland. You can purchase it in debenhams or online here- .  http://www.debenhams.ie/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/prod_10052_10001_123932023199_-1

18th Birthday!

I finally turned 18 yesterday. I went to Dublin shopping with my mum. The following are some of the pics from my birthday. I will have another post soon showing my birthday presents and the bits I bought in Dublin. You do appreciate some shopping in a big city when you live in rural Ireland.

Rihanna! <3

I went to see Rihanna in the Aviva stadium in Dublin on Friday night!

First I'll start with my outfit that I wore to the concert:
Hat- River Island
Blazer-H&M
Crop top-Boohoo
Trousers-Only
Necklace-Penneys/Primark

Rihanna put on such an amazing show. She's one of my favourite singers and I've waited so long to see her live. The following are a few pictures from the concert.

OOTN! <3

went out last night and this is what I wore. Skirt and top are both from swamp. White blazer is from H & M and my necklace is from penneys/primark. I love this outfit! :) The night out was celebrating the end of the Leaving Cert. I finished on the 13th of June so the night out was well overdue!

Rimmel salon pro nail polish!

I recently purchased this Rimmel nail polish. It's number 247 and called 'Isn't she precious?' I love baby pink nail polishes so I didn't hesitate to pick this up. What caught my eye was it said that it had a gel like finish and lasted up to 10 days. Unfortunately, it looked the same as every other nail polish on. It didn't have the shiny appearance that gel nails normally do. It also only lasted for about 2 days. But, I was happy enough with it as its only a drugstore nail polish.

Trilogy rose hip oil! <3

Recently I've been trying out this Rosehip oil by Trilogy. I've very dry skin and I've found that this has been helping it a lot. I mix it in with my moisturiser in the morning. It dries in very quickly and doesn't make the skin look oily. I've also found that its been helping my acne scars. Since I've started using this they've faded a little.

As it says on the bottle here it helps scars, stretch marks and wrinkles.

Priced at 19.95 euro it isn't cheap but it will last you a long time. I highly recommend this product. It's 100% natural and it does wonders for your skin.   I can't wait to try more products by trilogy!

OOTD! <3

Today I went to dinner for Father's Day! I wore this dress that I bought in a local clothes shop. I am loving these dresses lately. I teamed it up with vans to give it a more casual look. I picked up this bowler hat in river island. I've wanted one for ages so I'll definitely get the wear of it. I think this hat just adds to the look so much.

Naked palette 2!

I'm sure you've all heard about the naked palette 2. I couldn't decide whether to buy Naked 1 or 2 but i eventually choose 2. I think the colours in 2 are much more wearable and I'm a massive fan of brown eyeshadows anyways.
I'm sure everyone knows what it looks like!

It's the only eyeshadow palette I seem to wear anymore. My favourite colour is definitely snakebite. Which is the colour in the middle.

Priced at 42 euro in Ireland.  It's not cheap but I think it's definitely worth the money. The eyeshadow is long lasting and you will get loads of use out of it. Below is a picture of the range of colours available in the palette.

Bare Minerals

I've been using bare minerals makeup for the past year or so now. When I heard about this new pressed powder format I knew I had to buy it. As much as I like the other makeup, it was very time consuming having to put the makeup onto the lid first. This makes it so much easier. This colour is light. If like me, you also suffer from acne, this makeup is perfect for you. It's much better for your skin and also gives you a flawless finish.
